Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The photography contest is open to legal residents (including PR) of countries in Asia, aged 18 years and above, excluding employees of the contest organisers and their immediate families. We will only accept images from mobile devices and we do not accept artificial intelligence or AI-generated imagery.

Entry Submission: Entrants may submit photographs that adhere to the contest theme and guidelines. Each participant may submit multiple entries; there is no limit to the quantity of submissions.

Ownership and Rights: By submitting photographs, entrants affirm that they are the sole owner and creator of the images and grant the contest organizers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the photographs for promotional purposes on digital and traditional media platforms. Whenever your work is published on our site or social platforms you will be credited. Failure to publish a credit due to error or oversight shall not be deemed a breach of this condition.

Content Guidelines: Entries must not contain any material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of any third party. Contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate these guidelines.

Image Specification: The resolution size of each image submitted should not be less than 5MP and in jpeg format. 

Judging: Entries will be judged based on originality, story, composition, lighting and adherence to the contest theme within its category. The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the winners as outlined in the contest announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Contest organisers reserve the right to change, or modify the prize at any time before the end of the contest, but will make sure to inform all Entrants.

Notification: Winners will be notified via email and published on the website within 14 days of the contest deadline. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 60 days, an alternate winner may be selected or the prize will be forfeited.

Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Liability: Contest organizers are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur during the submission process.

Right to Cancel: Contest organizers reserve the right to cancel or suspend the contest at its own discretion if it is not able to continue as planned for any reasons beyond its control. Legal Responsibility Constest organizers will take no responsibilty for the repercussions of any images submitted to the contest nor any problems incurred by the entrants while participating in this contest.

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
